1. Subjects coming with chief complaint of Kashatartava with or without
associated symptoms.
2. Subjects in age group of 16 to 35 years.
3. Subjects with H/O using analgesics during menses.
4. Subjects suffering with Kashtartava for more than 2 consecutive cycles.
1. Subjects below 16 & above 35 years of age.
2. Subjects suffering from secondary dysmenorrhoea.
3. Subjects suffering from diseases like veneral diseases, PID etc.
4. Subjects suffering from metabolic diseases such as D.M., T.B.
5. Subjects having organic pathology of uterus and adnexae e.g. Fibroid uterus,
carcinoma of endometrium etc.
6. Subjects using intra uterine contraceptive devices.
7. Subjects having pain abdomen associated with metrorrhagia.
8. Subjects with H/O hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism with DUB.

Name Time Method 1. To assess the efficacy of Jeerakadi Modaka and Dashmoola Taila Matra Basti <br/ ><br>in the management of dysmenorrhoea. <br/ ><br>2. To assess the efficacy of trial drugs on subjective parameters like Pain intensity, menstrual blood flow, amount of blood loss, VAS scale, WaLIDD score. <br/ ><br>3.Timepoint: Clinical assessment will be done after each menstrual cycle during trial. Final <br/ ><br>assessment will be done after completion of trial of 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. <br/ ><br>Case will be followed after one menstrual cycle of completion of trial without any <br/ ><br>medication. <br/ ><br>During trial- 2 follow ups <br/ ><br>After trial- 1 follow up
