Inclusion Criteria
Adult population of any gender who sustained chest trauma in a civilian scenario and transferred to Emergency Medicine Department of AVBRH hospital
patients presenting to hospital within 4hours of chest trauma
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Penetrating injuries
