Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and II patients undergoing TURBT of less than 2 hrs under subarachnoid blockade.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to study
drugs.
2.Thyroid disease.
3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease,CNS pathology.
4.Contraindications to regional anaesthesia-
bleeding disorder,local infection.
