Men and women between the ages of 60 and 75
Elderly patients with sarcopenia who are eligible for exercise training intervention
Patients with the written consent
Uncontrolled symptomatic heart failure
Symptomatic angina pectoris, or ischemic heart disease
Valvular disease of moderate severity or greater
Bradycardia [pulse rate less than 50 beats per minute] or atrioventricular block of degree 2 or higher
Sustained or persistent atrial fibrillatiom
Renal failure
Systolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg or less
History of asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Orthopedic complication [low back pain, knee pain, hip pain that is difficult to treat with exercise therapy]
