Inclusion Criteria

1. Suspected COPD group
-Suspected COPD subjects aged ≥ 40 years old
-No history of chronic respiratory diseases other than COPD
-Smokers or ex-smoker ≥ 10 packs-year
2. Healthy control
-Healthy subjects aged ≥ 40 years old
-No history of chronic respiratory diseases
-Non-smokers or ex-smoker < 5 packs-year
-Normal spirometry

Exclusion Criteria

The study population will be excluded from the study according to the following criteria:
-Unable to perform spirometry
-Unable to perform IOS
-Spirometry not met American Thoracic Society (ATS)/European Respiratory Society (ERS) 2005 standard
-IOS not met standard recommended by Bickel et al and ERS standard
