Inclusion Criteria

Age range above 40 years
Candidate for coronary artery bypass surgery
Not taking psychoactive drugs
Absence of contraindications for the administration of melatonin and Q10 (pregnancy or decision to become pregnant, breastfeeding • Seizure disorders, bleeding disorders, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS,
High blood pressure, organ transplant, liver problems, kidney problems)
Patient consent to participate in this study.
No drug addiction

Exclusion Criteria

Need for another surgery
Pump time higher than 120 minutes
Reoperation required due to bleeding
Death of the patient before completing the study
