Inclusion Criteria
All patients with clinically palpable ipsilateral mobile axillary lymph nodes and/ imaging suggestive of axillary lymph nodes metastasis on mammography or sonomammography 2. Any tumor size
Exclusion Criteria
Fixity of ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes and presence of internal mammary, infra or supraclavicular lymph nodes (N2,N3) 2. DCIS/LSCIS 3. Inflammatory carcinoma T4 or Pagets disease 5 Male breast carcinoma
