Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged 20 years or older.
2. Patients who have been on ventilator for more than 48 hours after oral tracheal intubation.
3. Patients whose consent for participation in this study has been obtained by signing a consent form by a substitute.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients receiving oral care interventions by medical personnel from admission to tracheal intubation
