Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA \[American Society of Anaesthesiologists] I\-II patients
- •All distal upper limb surgical and orthopedic procedures
- •Elective and emergency procedures
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Allergic to ropivacaine
- •Coagulopathy
- •Infection at injection site
- •Shoulder or chest area deformity or previous surgical scar
- •Patients with respiratory distress
- •Pre\-existing neurological deficit in the limb
- •Patients weighing less than 40kgs
