Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA \[American Society of Anaesthesiologists] I\-II patients
  • •All distal upper limb surgical and orthopedic procedures
  • •Elective and emergency procedures

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal
  • •Allergic to ropivacaine
  • •Coagulopathy
  • •Infection at injection site
  • •Shoulder or chest area deformity or previous surgical scar
  • •Patients with respiratory distress
  • •Pre\-existing neurological deficit in the limb
  • •Patients weighing less than 40kgs
