All patients aged more than 18 years diagnosed as a case of knee osteoarthritis according to American College of Rheumatology Guidelines with a prior knee radiograph
(i)Patients with a history of avascular necrosis of the hip
(ii)Patients with high white blood cell count (give range)
(iii) Patients with accompanying rheumatologic disease
(iv)Patients with a history of hip/knee prosthesis
(v)Secondary knee osteoarthritis
(vi)Patients with a history of hip fracture, dislocation or any other hip pathology
(vii)Autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus.
(viii)Hemolysed blood samples.
(ix)Under or overfilled EDTA vacutainers
