Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis according to the criteria of Hanifin and Rajka; Poor response to conventional treatment (topical steroids and oral antihistamines); No active exudation or infection; Patients aged 18 years or older; No pregnancy or lactation; Other systemic disease or dermatitis does not exist; Written informed consent of patient; Exclusion criteria: Secondary bacterial infection; Oral or intravenous steroid treatment, antibiotics, phototherapy or other immunosuppressive therapies (such as cyclosporine or azathioprine); Drug intolerance; Diseases that can affect drug absorption; Inability to participate in follow-up process
