1. Adults (19 years old or older)
2. Among the first patients (19 years old or older) of Pilot business organization, the primary symptom is 'low back pain'.
3. any person who has decided to participate in this clinical study as his/her own or a legal representative and has signed the consent form.
1. Any person participating in other clinical trials (not applicable to those participating in observational studies)
2. Any person who is expected to be difficult to comply with the clinical research schedule.
3. Any person who is expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires, such as illiteracy and lack of body and mind
4. Any person with difficulties in clinical research
