outpatients or inpatients (19 years of age or older) who are registered as the main diagnosis with stroke at first visit in Korean Medicine and Western Medicine collaboration pilot study institution
- patients who have decided to participate in study voluntarily or by representative(guardian) and have signed a consent form
? Patients scheduled for surgery within a week after screening
? Quadriplegic patient
? Patients unable to live independently due to psychological or physical conditions before the stroke
? Patients participating in other studies (not applicable to patients participating in observation study)
? Patients expected to have difficulty in tracking due to unstable residence and unclear contact information
? Patients expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires due to illiteracy and mental-physical weakness
? Other patients unable to participate in study as determined by the researcher
