? patients(19 years of age or older) who are mainly treated for low back pain at first visit in Korean Medicine and Western Medicine collaboration pilot study institution
? patients who have decided to participate in study voluntarily or by representative(guardian) and have signed a consent form
? Car insurance patient
? Patients participating in other studies (not applicable to patients participating in observation study)
? Patients expected to have difficulty in tracking due to unstable residence and unclear contact information
? Patients expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires due to illiteracy and mental-physical weakness
? Other patients unable to participate in study as determined by the researcher
