? Adult patients over the age of 19
? Patients with stroke-related morbidity and morbidity registered as the main diagnosis among first-time outpatients or inpatients at the medical-Korean cooperation pilot project
? A patient who has decided to participate in this study voluntarily or as a representative (guardian) and signed the consent form
? Patients scheduled for surgery within one week after screening
? Patients with quadriplegia
? Patients who had a functional disability that made it impossible to live independently due to mental or physical conditions before the onset of stroke
? Patients participating in other studies (not applicable to patients participating in observational or research studies)
? Patients who are expected to be difficult to follow up due to unstable residence or unclear contact information
? Patients who are expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires such as illiteracy and mental and physical weakness
? Patients who find it difficult to participate in the study as judged by other researchers
