Inclusion Criteria
Methamphetamine users that have methamphetamine related-neuropsychological disorders and are seeking for a treatment; age more than 18; the duration of methamphetamine use is at least 1 year. Exclusion criteria: Side effects related to minocycline, relapse to methamphetamine use.

Name Time Method eurocognitive impairment. Timepoint: time 0, 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after start of intervention and 2 months after finishing intevention. Method of measurement: Neuropsychological tools.
