Inclusion Criteria

Gym experience- at least >6 months

Workout frequency- 3-5 days per week

Workout duration- >1 hour

Should speak and understand fluent English.

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects having any physiological condition like Diabetes, High blood pressure, Asthma, History of Kidney/Liver disorders etc

Female Resistance trainers.

Primary Outcome Measures

It will be made evident if protein supplements are indeed more beneficial as compared to dietary protein for muscle hypertrophy in resistance trainers.Timepoint: All participating subjects will be assessed for 8 weeks during which anthropometric measurements will be taken every alternate weeks. after the observation done for 8 weeks, collected data will be estimated.

The subjects will get a better knowledge of healthy dietary patterns during resistance training nd it will be made clear if supplementation is essential or not.Timepoint: The subjects being assessed for eight weeks during which they will be given dietary guideline as per RDA every seven days and follow ups of diet will be recorded.
