Inclusion Criteria
Being at the age of 25 to 55 years old
American Society of Anesthesiologists class I and II
Elective tonsillectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
History of chronic pain
Seizure
alcohol consumption
Drug Abuse
Patients with a history of taking one or more analgesics daily
A history of taking steroid medications
Diabetes Mellitus
