入选标准
- •1. Thai, 2. male, 3. age 20-50 years old, 4. normal vital signs, 5. no uncontrolled systemic diseases or autoimmune diseases, 6. normal blood chemistry (complete blood count, liver and kidney function, lipid and sugar), 7. active (1/*1) or inactive (1/*2) ALDH2 gene (10 subjects of each), 8. able to consume milk, 9. moderate alcohol drinking (less than 2 drinks per day or 14 drinks per week)
排除标准
- •1. drinking alcohol during 1 week before the day of test, 2. having liver diseases (fatty lover, cirrhosis, hepatitis), gout, 3. history of gastrointestinal surgery, 4. alcoholism or alcohol abuse, 5. taking medicines affecting metabolism of alcohol including antibiotics, antidepressants, antihistamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-coagulants
