(1) Conform to diagnostic criteria of DOR;
(2) Hot flashes. The specific manifestations of hot flashes are flushing and sweating that suddenly starts in the chest and extends to the neck and face, and usually lasts for several seconds to subside in a few minutes .
(3) No hormone drugs were used for 3 months before treatment, and no similar treatments were received.
(4) Older than 18 years of age. ? ?
(5) Able to give informed consent and sign informed consent.
(1) Patients with DOR due to local ovarian surgery.
(2) Tumor patients, ovarian reserve function decreased due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
(3) Decreased ovarian reserve function caused by taking hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs.
(4) patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
(5) Patients with reduced ovarian reserve function complicated with thyroid dysfunction but with hot flashes and other symptoms.
