Inclusion Criteria

Evidence of pulmonary hypertension according to current guidelines of the European Society of cardiology (ESC)
therapy group: pulmonary hypertension class I and IV according to Nice-classification
control group: pulmonary hypertension class II according to Nice-classification,
informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

pneumothorax,
severe pulmonary disease,
liquorhhea,
pregnancy,
intolerance of ventilation therapy during run-in phase
