Inclusion Criteria
1. Newborn infant with gestational age less than 32 weeks or body weight less than 1500 grams
2. Age between 72 hours and 14 days
3. Requiring nasal CPAP
4. Clinical stable
Exclusion Criteria
1. Life-threatening anomalies such as Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, Trisomy 21
2. Severe congenital neurological abnormality
3. Critical congenital heart disease except patent ductus arterioles, atrial septal defect
