Inclusion Criteria
oASA physical status I and II.
oAge group: 18-40 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
oPatients with cardiovascular disease (hypertension , congestive heart failure , coronary artery disease , AF).
oPatients on beta-blockers.
oPatients with baseline heart rate < 60 beats per minute.
oPatients with diabetes mellitus (DM).
oCerebrovascular insufficiency.
oCoagulation defects.
oHistory of renal or hepatic insufficiency.
oHypersensitivity to the study drugs.
oPatients with history of bronchial asthema.
