- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome we are expecting is reduction in blood pressure and heart rate after giving two premedications ivabradine and clonidine and to compare the efficacy by percentile measurement.Timepoint:

.5 min before induction, 3 minutes after induction

â?¢ 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes and after laryngoscopy and intubation.

â?¢ At surgical incision: 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes after surgical incision.

â?¢At insufflation of CO2, 1 minute and every 3 minutes till desufflation

â?¢ At 1 minute interval from the time of reversal to 5 minutes after extubation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the effect of ivabradine and clonidine administers as premedication on the recovery profile in these patients.Timepoint: Expecting similar reduction in blood pressure, heart rate post surgery in recovery room upto 1 hour post extubation and to also record any adverse effects of premedicaions given and to check whether it has improved recovery status by assessing pain score.
