Inclusion Criteria
adults aged 18 to 65 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring controlled mechanical ventilation with American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Induction requiring rapid sequence intubation
2. Patients with dressing/ scars/ beard/ raw area over face/ intra oral or pharyngeal masses
