Inclusion Criteria
1) Systemically healthy patients with age 18 years or more.
2) Remaining teeth greater than or equal to 20
3) Patients with at least 3 sites with periodontal pocket depth (PPD)
of greater than or equal to 5mm.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Smokers
2) Pregnant and lactating females
3) Patient undergone any periodontal therapy within last six months
4) Antibiotic therapy in past six months
5) Clotting and Haematological disorders.
