Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients more than 18 years of age.
2.Patients with healed hypertrophic scars of less than 2 years duration.
3.Patients with a minimum scar size of 2 cm.
4.Patients who have already received conventional treatment like pressure garment and intralesional steroid, but not silicone sheet.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant patients.
2. Patients with keloids.

Name Time Method 1.To assess the effect of IPL on height of hypertrophic scar and to compare it with conventional treatment among patients with hypertrophic scars. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Pre treatment, 3weeks, 6weeks, 9weeks, 12weeks
