Inclusion Criteria

Patient able to perform yoga.

Patient receiving similar type of antiepileptic drug such as carbamazepine, sodium valproate, phenytoin, phenobarbitone.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient already undergoing any kind of yoga therapy and/or structured exercise.

Patients who are not fit for practising yoga.

Pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension.

Patients with refractory epilepsy.
