Inclusion Criteria
1.Recalcitrant prurigo nodularis patients for topical or systemic treatment more than 3 months.
2.Stopping topical therapy other than emollients within the
previous 2 weeks.
3.Stopping systemic immunomodulating or immunosuppressive
therapy within the last 1 month.
4.No history skin cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnancy
2.Patients with manifestations of underlying renal â„ hepatic â„
internal diseases or malignancy
3.History of photosensitivity
