Patients with bilateral chronic hand eczema (duration > 6 months), either episodic or continuous
Moderate- severe nature on both hands, with HECSI score of atleast 17 in each hand
1.Patients with associated nail pits or distal onycholysis
2. Concurrent chronic erythematous plaques over bony points and scalp
3.Patients with pustules on the palms in the past/present
4.Potassium hydroxide mount positivity
5.Pregnant and lactating mothers
6.Patients with history of Cancer, radiotherapy
7. Patients on or taken systemic immunosuppressants or phototherapy within the previous 4 weeks
