Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Children \<16 year admitted to ICU
  • •2\. On a fixed Fio2 device (Invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV)/ High\-flow nasal cannula (HFNC)/ Non\-invasive ventilation (NIV)) or room air
  • •3\. Neutropenia at the time of enrollment. absolute neutrophil count (ANC) \<500 cells/ µL
  • •4\. Need of arterial blood

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Refusal of consent to participate
