Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children \<16 year admitted to ICU
- •2\. On a fixed Fio2 device (Invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV)/ High\-flow nasal cannula (HFNC)/ Non\-invasive ventilation (NIV)) or room air
- •3\. Neutropenia at the time of enrollment. absolute neutrophil count (ANC) \<500 cells/ µL
- •4\. Need of arterial blood

- •1\. Refusal of consent to participate
