1. Eczema patient group
(1)Patients with eczema diagnosed by western medicine;
(2)The functions of the heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs are basically normal;
(3)Participate in this study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form (patients under 18 years old need to be signed by a guardian at the same time).
2. Patients with eczema wet syndrome group
(1)Patients with eczema in western medicine and syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese medicine meet the criteria for determining wet syndrome;
(2)The functions of the heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs are basically normal;
(3)Participate in this study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form (patients under 18 years old need to be signed by a guardian at the same time).
3. Healthy control group
(1)Routine physical examination and stool routine were normal;
(2)Regular defecation, no history of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases in the past 1 month;
(3)Subjects sign written informed consent to participate in this study (patients under the age of 18 shall be signed by their parents or guardians).
1. Eczema patient group
(1) Metabolic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, infection, malignant tumors, liver/kidney diseases;
(2) Gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary inflammatory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, tuberculosis, parasites, etc.;
(3) Special population: pregnant/lactating women, mental patients, etc.;
(4) Combined with other skin diseases that need treatment, such as psoriasis, alopecia areata, scabies, etc.;
(5) Patients who had received immunosuppressants, microecological preparations, glucocorticoids or antibiotics within 12 weeks.
(6) Patients with a history of smoking in half a year.
2. Patients with eczema wet syndrome group
(1) Metabolic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, infection, malignant tumors, liver/kidney diseases;
(2) Gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary inflammatory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, tuberculosis, parasites, etc.;

(1) An individual or his or her immediate family member has a history of allergic diseases, such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, eczema, etc.;
(2) Have taken antibiotics and microecological preparations in the past 1 month;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women.
