All subjects should meet the following conditions
1. Over 18 years old;
2. Without significant changes in diet and lifestyle habits in the recent period;
3. Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with relevant examination, treatment and evaluation;
4. Subjects who sign informed consent.
Subjects in each group should also meet the following conditions
1. Calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract with damp-heat syndrome group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary according to Chinese Urology and Andrology Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines(2019 version); (2) Patients with TCM syndromes of damp-heat based on Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Drugs
2. Calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract with non-damp-heat syndrome group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary according to Chinese Urology and Andrology Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines(2019 version); (2) Patients with TCM syndromes not consistent with damp-heat
3. Healthy control group: Subjects had no history of urinary stones and imaging tests exclude the diagnostic criteria of urinary stone.
1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases (severe liver diseases refer to liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and variceal bleeding, and severe kidney diseases include dialysis and kidney transplantation);
3. Patients with tumor;
4. Patients who are participating in other studies and affect the evaluator of this study.
