Patient must know any one of these three languages Hindi English or Bengali
Patients presenting with prominent causation for their suffering
Patient willing to undergo homoeopathic treatment
Patients of both sexes all religions any socio economic status and all age group
Patients willing to participate in the study with written consent
Patient in whom cause is not clear
Patient not willing to participate in the study
Patient suffering from any life threatening illness immuno compromised state etc
Patient who is under treatment by other system of medicine
Cases already undergoing homoeopathic treatment elsewhere for any chronic disease
Pregnant and lactating women
