Elective Lscs Under Spinal Anaesthesia
Written Informed Consent
Parturient Having Baseline Blood Pressure Of Systolic 100 - 150 mm Hg and Diastolic 70 - 90 mm Hg
1.Extremes Of Weight ( < 40 Kg Or > 90 Kg)
2.Height ( < 140 Cm Or > 180 Cm)
3.Chronic Or Pregnancy Induced Hypertension
4.Cardiovascular, Cerebral, Pulmonary And 5.Endocrine Disorder
6.Foetal Or Placental Abnormalities
7.Contraindications To Spinal Anaesthesia
8.Multiple Gestation
9.History Of Hypersensitivity To The Drugs Used In The Study
10.No History Of Pre Eclampsia Or Diabetes Mellitus Or Essential Hypertension
11.Patient Refusal.
