healthy Thai pregnant women with uncomplicated single intrauterine gestation in first trimester (not more than 14 weeks)
Subjects with history of thyroid disease or goiter
Subjects with family history of thyroid diseases
Subjects with conditions or underlying diseases that affect thyroid function test (DM, hypertension, acute or chronic hepatitis, thalassemia disease, acromegaly, cushing’s syndrome and HIV infection)
Subjects who take medicines which affect thyroid function test
(amiodarone, glucocorticoids, propylthiouracil, methimazole, levothyroxine,
lithium and tamoxifen)
