Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of cirrhosis having ascites with AKI Stage IB with Serum creatinine more than or equal to 1.5mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
1) Advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (serum creatinine >4mg/dl)
2) Prior Kidney or Liver Transplant
3) Acute or chronic Renal Replacement Therapy at the time of enrolment
4) Confirmed pregnancy
5) Diagnosed case of Hepatocellular carcinoma
6) Extrahepatic Malignancy
7) Severe Co-morbidities (CHF, COPD)
