- •- Patient >18 Years Up To 80 Years Old
- •- ventilator time >24hr
- •- Non neurological And Intramuscular Disease
- •- None Or A Minimal Dose Of Sedative Drugs
- •-Non Addiction , Heavy Smokers
- •- Not Admitted In ICU-open heart
- •Exclusion Criteria :
- •- Use High Dose Of Sedative Drug
- •- Auto- Extubation
