Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient diagnosed with fistula in ano planned for ambulatory EUA LOF procedure
2. ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age less than 18 years
2. ASA III to IV
3. Ischemic heart disease
3. Difficult airway
4. Valvular heart disease
5. Obesity BMI > 30kg/m2
6. Weight less than 50 kg
