Patients of ASA performance status 1 and 2 undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with Modified Mallampati class of 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with anticipated difficult airway

Name Time Method Successful Endotracheal intubation timeTimepoint: Time taken from holding the endotracheal tube in hand for insertion through i-Gel till successful intubation noted by appearance of first square shaped capnogram
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method umber of attempts required for successful insertion of endotracheal tube throgh i-GelTimepoint: Proper placement confirmed with chest rise, Capnography, Fibreoptic bronchoscopy and Brimacombe scoring. Total of three attempts of i-gel insertion will be considered till Brimacomb score of 3 or 4 achieved. <br/ ><br>
