简要总结

This study looks at how two different training methods plyometric exercises and core strengthening can improve important physical abilities in freestyle wrestlers. Since wrestling demands quick movements, strong balance, and good flexibility, the research aims to find out which type of training works better for enhancing these qualities. A total of 48 wrestlers aged 15 to 25 years will take part in a 4 week program, and their agility, balance, and flexibility will be tested before and after training. The goal is to provide practical, evidence-based guidance to help wrestlers train smarter and perform better on the mat.
