入选标准
- •Individual aged 18-35 years were included in the study.
- •Participants who play badminton who play badminton atleast twice a week for the past 6 months.
- •Willingness to participate in the study with signed informed consent.
- •Able to attend all scheduled training and testing sessions during the intervention period.
- •Participants who fall within normal range scores on pre assessment tests of flexibility and agility.
排除标准
- •Any exisiting cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic or respiratory conditions contraindicating high intensity exercises.
- •history of lower limb injury or surgery in past 6 months.
- •participation in other structured fitness or sports specific training programs during the study period.
- •failure to complete with training protocol or missing more than 20 percent of the intervention sessions.
- •Use of medications that could effect physical performance or recoveries.
