Inclusion Criteria
Seven to 12-year-old children
Children without cavitated carious lesions
Children with MIH
Written informed consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Systemic diseases
Temporary / permanent medication
Intake of antibiotics within the last three months
Hypomineralization because of other reasons than MIH
Cavitated carious lesions present in the oral cavity
