Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients diagnosed as CSOM after thorough clinical evaluation
2.Patients who were not on antibiotic(both systemic and topical) treatment for minimum of 24 hrs prior to sample collection.
3.Safe (T/T) CSOm
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients suffering from CSOM whoa re on systemic antibiotics or topical medications to ear.
2.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
3.Unsafe (A/A) CSOM.

Name Time Method Gram positive organisms like Staph.Aureus (35%) isolated sensitive to Cotrimoxazole, Gentamycin. <br/ ><br>Gram negative Organisms like Pseudomonas (31%), Klebsiella (17%)isolated sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Meropenam.Timepoint: 80 % similar to previous studies.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 64 % Male, 35 % Female. Associated Factors were Poor hygiene (60%) and URTI (40%).Timepoint: 75% similar to previous studies.
