- •1.Patients diagnosed as CSOM after thorough clinical evaluation
- •2.Patients who were not on antibiotic(both systemic and topical) treatment for minimum of 24 hrs prior to sample collection.
- •3.Safe (T/T) CSOm
排除标准
- •1.Patients suffering from CSOM whoa re on systemic antibiotics or topical medications to ear.
- •2.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
- •3.Unsafe (A/A) CSOM.
