Brief Summary

Purpose-Analgesia which is better in patients with open cholecystectomy

Background-Many analgesics tried,compared in these cases,intercostal block also often given.But there isno definite study regarding the block.

This Study Shows that adding Intercostal block to IV Paracetamol gives better Analgesia to Patients with Open Cholecystectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient Refusal,Seizure History,Pregnant,Liver or Renal Failure,Psychiatric Diseases.
