  • woman aged from 30 - 50 years
  • regular menstrual cycle
Exclusion Criteria
  • taking hormone replacement or hormonal contraception
  • thyroid disorder
  • uncontrolled asthma
  • BMI under 18.5
  • allergy to cruciferous vegetables
