weight 40 to 70 kgs
ASA grade I and II
Mallampati grade I and II
Risk of aspiration who are known case of gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia, abdominal trauma, intestinal obstruction and pregnancy.
Anticipated difficult intubation.
Mouth opening less than 18mm in males and 16mm in females.
Patients not giving consent to participate in the study.
Known case of ischemic heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension and coronary artery disease.
Intraoral space occupying lesions.
Thyroid enlargement or any other neck swelling.
Head and neck surgeries.
