1. Patients who meet the criteria for diagnosis of liver cirrhosis from 19 to 80 years of age.
1) Histologically diagnosed cirrhosis
2) If there is evidence of cirrhosis on imaging findings and one of the following is satisfied
a. Platelet count <120,000
b. Spleen size> 12cm
c. presence of varix or ascites
2. Patients who agree to check for conventional coagulation tests and thromboelastography.
1. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
2. Patients who received liver transplants prior to enrollment.
3. Patients with coagulation disorders due to other diseases or conditions other than cirrhosis (ex: vWF disease, hemophilia, AF, thrombophilia, pregnancy, etc.).
4. Patients who did not agree to enroll.
5. Patients taking anticoagulation. (If the drug can be withdrawn, it can be enrolled after 2 weeks or more after the interruption)
