1.All adult patients above the age of 18 years diagnosed with sepsis induced coagulopathy and admitted under the department of critical care medicine in Kasturba Hospital.
1.Patients discharged against Medical advice.
2.Death within 24 hours of admission into ICU.
3.Patients with existing bleeding disorders or platelet function disorder.
4.Patients who is on oral anticoagulants and anti-platelet drugs which will confound the hemostatic status.
5.Patients with diagnosed immune deficiency (hereditary / acquired).
6.Patients with history of Transfusion in last three months.
7.Patients who are diagnosed with chronic liver disorder.
