1. Patients undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
2. Patients giving consent for the participation.
3. Patients belonging to American society of anaesthesiologist ASA Class I and
II.
1. Patient should not be a part of other study
2. Non cooperative patient
3. Patient refused to undergo procedure
4. Patient who were pregnant or lactating
5. Patient who having some coagulating or neurological disorder
6. Patient with spine injury or previous spine surgery ,sepsis over spine
7. Patient with morbid obesity
8. Patients having allergy to study drugs
9. Any life threatening disease
